Monte Rei Charity Event Sat, 10th Sep 2016 The Rotary Club of Estoi held a charity tournament followed by a dinner at the Monte Rei Golf and Country Club. A total of sixty-six golfers participated and around € 6,000 was successfully raised for local charities. |

French player Alex Levy won his third European Tour event in a play-off against Englishman Ross Fisher in Germany. Three strokes behind were two Swedish golfers, Robert Karlsson and Michael Jonzon. This win place Alex Levy in 29th place in the Race to Dubai and 171st in the World Rankings. |

Atlevi into 3rd place on the Senior Ranking. |
Ladies European Tour - In-Kyung Kim
Mon, 12th Sep 2016 Ladies European Masters - Hubbelrath - Germany - 8th to 11th September, 2016. South Korean In-Kyung Kim stormed home with 63 stokes in her final round giving her a second win on the Tour and an overall five stroke lead in Hubberlrath in Germany. Her nearest rival was Spanish golfer Belen Mozo with Swedish Camilla Lennarth being just one stroke more. |

Dutch player Joost Luiten gained his fifth win on the European Tour with a three stroke advantage in the Netherlands. This was the second time he has won this local tournament. Challenge Tour - Bernd Ritthammer
Mon, 12th Sep 2016 Irish Challenge - Mount Wolseley - Carlow - Ireland - 8th to 11th September, 2016 German golfer gained his second win this season on the Challenge Tour at Carlow in Ireland. Ritthammer ended the day five strokes up with two Englishmen tied second , Marcus Armitage and Sam Walker. In fourth place was Steven Jeppesen from Sweden. With this victory Bernd Ritthammer moved into first place on the Road to Oman. |

Sweden's Alex Noren brought his total wins on the European Tour up to six in Crans Montana in Switzerland - two this season. He was involved in a play-off with Australian Scott Hend. He ended with a four stroke advantage over Philip Golding from England and Ian Woosnam from Wales. Both Peter Fowler and Gordon Manson tied in fourth place just one stroke further back. Andre Bossert moved into sixth position in the Senior Rankings. |
