Thu, 1st Aug 2013 During August and September the Benamor course provide a free trolley after 15.00 hrs. The Monte Rei course is providing free 'Tapas' lunch to players teeing off between 8.00 and 9.30 hrs. The Vale do Lobo Royal and Ocean courses are providing until the 15th of September a free Buggy to players teeing off after 13.00 hrs. The improvements on the 15th tee of the San Lorenzo course in Quinta do Lago are now completed. The Pinhal course will be closed from the 23rd of July to the 7th of August for maintenance. The Laguna course will also be closed for maintenance from the 6th of August until the 21st of August. Both these later courses are located in Vilamoura. The Morgado course is also closed for maintenance from the 7th to the 20th of August. |

After your swing has been analysed, the golfer is fitted out with a bespoke set of clubs that take account of the individual quirks and enable players to hit the ball just that little bit farther and straighter. This 9th European Tour win and the 2nd of the 2013 season upped his World Ranking to be in 6th place. |
Thu, 1st Aug 2013 Phil Mickelson - (USA) Scottish Open Championship Inverness - Scotland - 13th to 16th July, 2013 The popular American Phil Mickelson claimed his 8th European Tour victory by winning the Scottish Open moving him up to 5th place in the World Rankings. On the tee of the eighteenth Mickelson was leading by three strokes which he promptly dropped allowing a play-off with Branden Grace from South Africa. This was his first win in the British Isles after participating in 122 European Tour events. |
Thu, 1st Aug 2013 Phil Mickelson - (USA) 142nd Open Championship Muirfield - Scotland - 18th to 21st July, 2013 The 43 year old golfer Phil Mickelson claimed a back-to-back win by his victory in the 142nd Open Championship held at Muirfield. The contest was held on a very testing dry course demanding faultless play which caused a musical chair competition for whom was to be the leader. Mickelson started the final day 5 shots behind England's Lee Westwood. The professional magic re-appeared in this final round ending up 3 stokes ahead of Sweden's Henrik Stenson and claiming the famous Claret Jug. |

This was her second Tour win this season placing her at the top of the Order of Merit. It was a close fought battle with a one stroke win over Swedish golfer Mikaela Parmlid. |

Michael Hoey's last Tour win was the Estoril Open in Portugal in 2009. With this victory he moved into the Top 200 in the World Rankings. |
