Sun, 1st Mar 2015 For the second year running the much loved European Tour event of the Madeira Open was effected by bad weather. Last year they managed to play 36 holes but this year it was completely cancelled after playing only managing just the first 18. The good news is that the event has now been re-scheduled to take place from July 30th to August 2nd. During this Spring leading central Algarve courses, in particular the Vilamoura area, are now heavily booked. Players in groups seeking the most agreeable tee times will find limited availability on the main courses. Smaller groups of players are recommended to make their enquiries but due to the situation the tee times may not always be to their personal preference. As from the month of May through to the end of September, most courses are offering a special discount rate for '2 Players Buggy' Package. The exceptions are as follows: the Pinheiros Altos and Vale do Lobo courses with the offer only commencing 1st of June. The Oceanico courses offer a special Summer Special rate from June to September. All these special discount rates are obtainable through our Booking Department. |
