By one stroke Irishman Padraig Harrington claimed his fifteenth victory on the European Tour in Vilamoura in the Algarve. Second was Englishman and defending champion Andy Sullivan. Third place was taken by Finnish golfer Mikko Korhonen on just the one stroke. further back. With this victory Padraig Harrington moved into 43rd position in the Race to Dubai and became 163rd place in the World Rankings.

This year will be the tenth anniversary of the inception of the Portuguese Masters held regularly on the Victoria Course in Vilamoura. Thai golfer Supamas Sangchan by one stroke took the title on the Ladies European Tour in China. Swedish player Caroline Hedwall took second place with both Yuting Shi and Amelia Lewis taking third.

Hideki Matsuyama from Japan won his maiden European Tour in China with a resounding lead of seven strokes. In second place was tied Henrik Stenson from Sweden and Daniel Berger from the USA. Hideki Matsuyama moved to 6th position in the World Rankings.

Welsh senior golfer Stephen Dodd gained his maiden win on the Senior Tour in Italy by beating his fellow Welshman Philip Price by one stroke. Sweden's Magnus P. Atlevi and Swizz player Andre Bossert tied for third place. Stephen Dodd moved into 3rd position in the Senior Rankings.

English golfer Jordan L. Smith gained his second win on the Challenge Tour in the UAR by beating Portuguese Jose-Filipe Lima by one stroke. In third place was Johan Edfors from Sweden and a further stroke behind the leaders. With this victory Jordan L. Smith gained first place in the Road to Oman Ranking.

English golfer Marcus Armitage gained his maiden win on the Challenge Tour in China by one stroke advantage over Alexander Knappe from Germany and Matthieu Pavon from France. Ryan Fox and Max Orrin were one more stroke back. Marcus Armitage moved to 11th place in the Road to Oman.

Swedish golfer wins on the European Tour now is seven with 3 wins this season. He finished with a two stroke advantage over Austrian Bernd Wiesberger followed by Lee Westwood one stroke further back. Alex Noren moved to 26th position in the World Rankings and 4th in the Race to Dubai.

Spanish golfer Carlota Ciganda gained her maiden victory on the LPGA Tour in South Korea. This involved as play-off with American Alison Lee with two South Koreans tying for third place, Shanshan Feng and Min-Sun Kim.

By one stroke Dutch golfer Anne van Dam won the in the Ladies Open in China. China's Yuting Shi was her nearest rival with Thailand's Pannarat Thanapolboonyaris one stroke further back. Anne van Dam took moved into tenth position in the Ladies European Tour Rankings.

German golfer Alexander Knappe gained his second win on the Challenge Tour in China. By two strokes he led the field home with Spain's Pep Angles in second place and Scotland's Scot Henry in third place. This win placed Alexander Knappe in third position in the Road to Oman.

USA's player Brandt Snedeker gained his first win on the European Tour in Fiji. Finishing with a massive nine strokes advantage he beat Michael Hendry from New Zealand and then four more golfers one stroke further back. Brandt Snedeker moved into 20th position in the World Rankings.

American golfer Bethe Allen with a four stroke lead gained victory over England's Florentyna Parker and Italy's Diana Luna in the French Open in Chantaco in France. With this win Beth Allen moved into 79 position in the World Rankings.

Swedish golfer Johan Edfors took first place with a three stroke lead over fellow countryman Alexander Bjork and Spain's Jordi Garcia Pinto in the Challenge Tour in Italy. This was Johan Edfors four victory on the Challenge Tour which moved into 33rd place in the Rankings.

English golfer Sam Walker added one victory to his previous total of 4 wins on the Challenge Tour, by beating fellow Englishman Jordan L. Smith by one stroke in Kazakhstan. A further three strokes more was Renier Saxton from the Netherlands. Sam Walker moved to second place in the Challenge Rankings.
