Have used this company for my last 2 visits to Portugal & have no complaints of the service that they provide.It would be good if they could do more multiple choice packages but all in all no problems with the service,& will definitely use them again to book my golf in Portugal ðŸ‘

The best client service I have received for a long time. I managed to damage my knee meaning I was unable to play the timely round I had booked. As a courtesy I contacted Algarve Golf to let them know and cancel the booking. The terms were very clear that it was a non refundable booking. Despite this James at Algarve golf was able to secure a full refund unprompted. Great service and I will definitely use again

Came across Algarvegolf.net by chance when looking for a round of golf with my son.It cost me virtually the same price for a round of golf ,club hire and a buggy as the hotel had on special offer at the Sagados Golf Club for just a round of golf.
Special thanks to James and Chrissie who came back to me almost immediately to answer my questions and problem.

We always use Algarvegolf.net for golf bookings in Portugal as the service is consistently excellent and prices are best around. Able to maximise savings for the two juniors in our group as well as advising on best courses to play.
Changes to bookings are seem less.

This a great service! You get to pick top quality clubs and customize the set you want. They are delivered and picked up on time. The clubs were in great shape and the grips were. The cost of renting the clubs for 4 days was the same as renting clubs on both the courses I was playing.

4th time playing on this trip and 6th overall and I have to say I love this course. It's not a bombers track but the small greens, well placed bunkering and elevated greens make it a good test of golf. Some of the locals are a bit strange and unfriendly, probably frustrated at holiday golfers on their course but that's where the money comes from. Could do with a drinks cart assuming there isn't one as I've never seen one. The greens are in excellent condition and so quick compared to the ones back home. The terrace at the clubhouse overlooking the 18th approach and green is excellent and the beer very welcome!
This will always be my go to when travelling to Alvor.

We played tha Alamos course, which was an enjoyable course relaxing and not too hard, would say a good day out for tourist golf course .
Great views would suggest a buggy, club house a bit tired, good value.

The Royal course like the Ocean is another which is maintained to a very high standard and I found in fantastic condition. Some stunning holes topped by the 16th 'signature hole'. Some of the holes have fair distances from green to tee but that adds to the excitement as you dont know what you will get next. I see some comments about pitch marks on greens, yes I repaired about 4-6 on each green as I did on every course I played in Algarve, you cannot blame the course or resort owners for totally selfish golfers who do this!!!! There is some cracking holes on this course and it was well worth the asking green fee. Buggy station guys were so helpful and spikes bar is a great place to sit for a refreshment after your round. Highly recommend.

Second time of playing this course. The first time in 2012. Not a lot has changed in way of course improvements during this time. That not to say don't go it's great value for money. The staff were great and receptive. The fairways were in good condition and the greens were good for the time of year.
If I have one major criticism it would be the price of the buggy hire €45 which is well overpriced.
