However when I played at Boavista today…the people there said I’d ordered and paid for a drive buggy through “the agent”, which as far as I’m concerned I hadn’t. I ended up with a very expensive push-pull cart! Playing Benamor July 23… hope things won’t repeat. |

Once again, James, Chrissie and Celine were really helpful, despite needing to change some courses at times due to maintenance work but it was never too much trouble and there were no issues at all with any of the bookings when arriving at the courses. Algarve Golf and the staff there make booking a golf break super easy and I will continue to use them in the future. I cannot recommend their services enough. Thank you |

on Mon, 1st Jul 2024 Troops on tour June 2024 Our party recently had 4 rounds via Algarve Golf 12th June Penina, 16th June at Boavista, 18th June at Alto, then again at Alto on 24th June. The organisation was superb, with good clear and timely communication at all times. There was a need to shuffle some rounds due to maintenance work at Alto and again this was well handled by Algarve Golf. Unfortunately Alto was not completely ready when we visited on 18th but the follow up to our concerns from both Algarve Golf and Pestana Group was absolutely excellent, Could not recommend these guys highly enough |

We indicated the date, time, and courses we wanted and the agents responded the next day with an itinerary that we could approve or suggest changes. Furthermore, once we were in the Algarve I reached out to the agents with an issue and they were very quick to respond. A great service we would use again! The only slight negative is the unflexible cancellation policy. We got lucky with weather but there were some terrible rainy days that we were grateful not to be golfing and knowing there would have been limited option to change/cancel. |
