Some fantastic holes
Great course with some lovely holes. Greens lets it down slightly though in Nov 24. They were slow and very soft. But that’s probably just the time of year and them looking to protect them.

Palmares by Steve Thompson from United Kingdom
Back to its best.
I’d read loads of negative reviews about the condition of Palmares in the summer of 2024 because of the drought they had in the algarve, but a friend played recently and said it was getting back to its best so I booked it.

It was the best course we played out of Vale De Lobo and Espiche, mainly due to the superb greens, which were quick and true.

You can see a few bits of the course that still need to received slightly after the summer, but the new head green keeper seems to be doing a superb job and the course is back to its best.

Very nice facility in a stunning location, if you like water hazards then this course will entertain you, very friendly staff who were always willing to help, will definitely be back
