New Rules for Golf Courses in the Algarve & Portugal.

The following golf courses in the Algarve are open:

Alamos Gof Course (Tee times between 08:00 and 10:00, single use buggies only, driving range is open)
Boavista Gof Course (Tee times for a maximum of 2 golfers, single use buggies only or duel use if part of the same household, driving range is open)
Espiche Gof Course (Single use buggies only, driving range is open)
Faldo Gof Course (Tee times for a maximum of 2 golfers, single use buggies only)
Gramacho Gof Course (Single use buggies only, driving range is open)
Laranjal Gof Course (Single use buggies only, driving range is open)
OConnor Gof Course (Tee times for a maximum of 2 golfers, single use buggies only)
Old Course (Single use buggies only, driving range is open)
Palmares Gof Course (Tee times for a maximum of 2 golfers or 3 golfers if part of the same household, single use buggies only unless part of the same household, driving range is open)
Quinta do Lago North Gof Course (Single use buggies only, driving range is open)
Quinta da Ria Gof Course (Open Tuesdays, Thursdays & Saturdays, single use buggies only, driving range is open)
Quinta de Cima Gof Course (Open Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays, single use buggies only, driving range is open)
Salgados Gof Course (Tee times between 08:00 and 10:00, single use buggies only, driving range is open)
Santo Antonio Gof Course (Tee times after 10:00, single use buggies only, driving range is open)
Vila Sol Gof Course (Single use buggies only, driving range is open)

The President of Portugal announced that the state of emergency will end at midnight on 2nd of May. We will post information on golf courses reopening in Portugal once they are given the go ahead.

Portugal has officially extended the state of emergency due to the COVID-19 pandemic for another 15 days, to the 17th of April.

The President of Portugal has indicated that the state of emergency in Portugal will be extended to the 16th of April. We will be contacting all clients today who still have reservations up to the 16th of April and who have not yet canceled their bookings.

All remaining open golf courses in Portugal will be closing by the end of today (Friday the 20th). We will post information on courses reopening as soon as we receive them.

Existing tee times up to the 3rd of April: All clients who still have reservations in the next 2 weeks and who have not yet canceled, we will be contacting the courses to confirm their status and one of our agents will be in contact with you later today.

The Portuguese government has instructed all businesses with direct contact with customers to close until the (3rd of April 2020).
