The 18 hole Boavista Golf Course is located very close to the town of Lagos. It offers two distinct sections of play providing a variety of attractive and interesting holes. From the first to the last putt on the 18th green it promises a sensible game for the average player. Umbrella pines, blossoming almond, fig, palm and olive trees line the rolling fairways, weaving their way between water hazards and carefully placed bunkers. Boavista Golf Course provides breathtaking views, spectacular scenery and the clear Atlantic Ocean, which is visible from most holes, all combine to make this course a delight for the golfer.

First time playing in the Algarve and Boavista did not disappoint. It’s a great course and kept in pristine condition. We played two rounds in a week and had a great time.

Played as a single booking and made up to a four ball. Excellent course, facilities, buggy and clubhouse. Course well maintained with fast greens. Interesting and scary holes either side of a ravine. Definitely recommend.

Nice layout on a few holes. Bunkers really poor and general condition of course lacking.

Very nice course. Great variety in lay- out of the different holes One of my favorites on this site of Lagos! Driving range was closed!
