The 18 hole Boavista Golf Course is located very close to the town of Lagos. It offers two distinct sections of play providing a variety of attractive and interesting holes. From the first to the last putt on the 18th green it promises a sensible game for the average player. Umbrella pines, blossoming almond, fig, palm and olive trees line the rolling fairways, weaving their way between water hazards and carefully placed bunkers. Boavista Golf Course provides breathtaking views, spectacular scenery and the clear Atlantic Ocean, which is visible from most holes, all combine to make this course a delight for the golfer.

Party of 12 playing Boavista Sunday 16th June. Thoroughly enjoyed by all, albeit with quite testing conditions due to a stiff breeze. Course was in good condition, and club house and facilities were excellent, very professional set up.

Great course and clubhouse. We were able to complete a round within 4 hours which is good for the Algarve.
