Espiche Golf Description

The Espiche Golf Course which is the newest course in the world of Algarve golf. The course gently provides an undulating 18 hole par 72 course that blends into the local landscape. Lakes, streams, and indigenous planting, add to the enrichment and biodiversity of the area. The various attractive aspects that the course offers the golfer are a clever blend of open countryside with vineyards and views to the Monchique Mountains. The close proximity to Praia da Luz and the City of Lagos offers an excellent and convenient location.

We were warmly greeted at reception and charged only €25 for a buggy. Unfortunately it was a very windy day with some tight holes and as a result we only completed 9 holes. Some of the fairway grass had a tendency to grip the club when chipping around the greens. We would return and play on a less windy day as all in all the course was good value for money particularly as a twilight deal.
