Millennium Description

The 18 hole Millennium Golf Course is located within the Vilamoura Resort area. Martin Hawtree has extended his original concept of the original 27 Holes by adding another 9 and created and creating two individual distinctive courses. These new holes are part of the Millennium Course and wander amongst the parkland of pine tress that are often found on the coast in the Algarve. The course is a pleasure to play with subtle with few very tricky situations except for possibly the Par 3 sixth with its lake on the left of the fairway waiting for erring balls.

Course wet so buggies only allowed on paths which meant were not useful as had to walk more than anticipated Struggled as have a hip problem hence buggy required

A great golf course. I love how it winds in and out of the properties within the area. Some intimidating tee shots with magnificently shaped fairways. If the pins are in certain positions you can be 3 putting on a regular basis! Would recommmed a buggy for this track as there is some distance from one hole to the next.

A must for a great days golf.

Course was in the best condition I have ever seen in fifteen years of playing it. Full credit to the green staff. Greens were fantastic and the fairways very green and well covered. Great test of golf. Well done to all for the improved condition of previous years.
