Espiche Golf Description

The Espiche Golf Course which is the newest course in the world of Algarve golf. The course gently provides an undulating 18 hole par 72 course that blends into the local landscape. Lakes, streams, and indigenous planting, add to the enrichment and biodiversity of the area. The various attractive aspects that the course offers the golfer are a clever blend of open countryside with vineyards and views to the Monchique Mountains. The close proximity to Praia da Luz and the City of Lagos offers an excellent and convenient location.

Much enjoyed as always although when we played autumn 2024 the fairways and greens were in much better shape.

Have played here many times and it is generally a tough challenge The course is now very dry for early February. Fairways and greens have brown patches and in my opinion the greens are cut too short. The course needs a lot of watering or rain to become playable again.

Breite und insgesamt sehr lange Fairways mit viel Bewegung.man muss schon sehr strategisch spielen, sonst sind die Bälle weg..Fairways und Grüns sind sehr trocken, entsprechend springen die bälle. Der Platz gefällt mir, werde ihn sicher nochmal spielen, aber dann mit Cart und ohne Regen.
