It’s all about the 15th and 16th holes. On the 15th, you play straight towards the beautiful, blue Atlantic Ocean but the 16th is what you come for. What a spectacular hole along the cliffs and over a couple of ravines. It’s every bit as good as it looks on the photos. The rest of the course is good, if a bit short, with some interesting and challenging holes. The course condition is not quite as good as the Quinta courses but it’s still very good, although some of the tees are on a bit of a slope. I loved playing this course, especially the 16th, and would recommend it to any keen golfer.

Fantastic course that makes great use of its contours. There are huge slopes on every hole, only adding to the interest and beauty of the course. It reminds me of Augusta (not that I’ve actually been there!) with all its ups and downs. Lots of great holes and fast, difficult greens. Fully recommended.

This is a proper golf course. Fabulous views everywhere you look. It has a wide open outlook and plenty of forgiveness for errant drives. Once you get to the greens though, the test really begins. The large greens have many and varied slopes and downhill putts are very quick. The lakes are cleverly used to affect several holes. Every hole is interesting,particularly two par 5s that double dogleg over two lots of water. As a bonus, the buggies have touch screen maps of the holes where you can find distances to hazards, greens, etc. On the downside, it’s expensive to play and the buggies are extra.
