Nice course, well maintained with good hole variety and good greens....,only complaint was spreed of play....ok we were a two ball but were happy to play in a very relaxed manner but were held up for 9 holes by a mixed four ball .....course never checked handicaps and I’d be amazed if the group in front were players or they would have either let us through or picked up more regularly after taking so many shots. Shame really as it spoilt what should have been a nice round on a good course.

Nice course with good greens in lovely condition, but a lot of holes were a bit the same. Found it a lot easier than I expected A’s course relatively short off yellows. Will definitely like to play it again which says it all but not sure it’s in the best 5 courses in the Algarve.

Great value, nice course in the hills with plenty of natural features and a few lakes. Bunkers sand to course but maybe needed that way due to winds. Green had been treated and were not the best but overall a really nice round and great value for the Algarve.

great Course, really well designed in lovely condition. Bunkers not great with heavy course sand....but maybe needed to be that way due to wind. Empty houses around a few holes spoil the aesthetics but don’t let it put you off. Course is great and clubhouse excellent- try the Ballesteros burger or club sandwich!

Nice course, not aa hard as feared. Needs better sand in bunkers and rees needed attention but generally food and wxcellent value compared to most other algarve courses

Really nice well kept course. Great views and very officiant management. Front 9 more challenging and interesting than back 9 but the easier holes give you a chance to resume a score!

Would have awarded 7 from 10 but 3.5 not an option.. Open fairways and decent greens. Not the most interesting course and it was very busy when we played so felt a little rushed. Give it a go though...its good value and ideal to make up one of your holiday rounds. Sister course Alamos is better though in my opinion.
