San Lorenzo on Fri, 7th Mar 2025 San Lorenzo , a challenging 18th... We had a great day, with some amazing holes looking out across the nature reserve. The greens were in excellent condition, although some of the cart paths need some care. Tees were easy to find. The staff were top class, so kind and helpful. Fabulous customer care, despite their limited working conditions. We will certainly return on our next visit to the Algarve. |

Pinheiros Altos on Sat, 1st Mar 2025 Very disappointing and surprising When i made thé reservation for 11h i was told that 9h06 was the closest possibility as there were always 4 balls without any chance to play closer to 11h. I was astonished to realize in the course that there were many 2 balls in front. Myself playing behind. When I asked the starters why they did not arrange 4 balls all the way thé answer was that many people did not want to play with others and they would allow them to play 2 balls despite the affluence just to keep them happy. I found this reasoning irrespectful for visitors and it certainly did not help à fluent game. Very disappointing and irrespectful behavior. I will not return |

To say it was end of January and there had been quite a lot of rain the course was in quite good condition. They desperately need to Improve signage on the course moving from green to tee. Something so simple yet it would make a huge difference. |

Pinheiros Altos on Fri, 18th Oct 2024 Avoid playing the Olive 9 holes Played the Olive and Pines 9’s. Clearly the club has a problem on the Olive 9 holes as it is in poor condition with a lot of irrigation maintenance. Pines 9 was in better condition and a more interesting layout. |

Challenging, but not stupidly so, every hole is different and if one is playing well then scoring is simple. Lack is f care and attention have turned it into an inferior version of itself. So sad from my perspective as this was my favourite course on the Alharve |

Pinheiros Altos on Fri, 13th Sep 2024 Don't play it! The loops need a lot of work. The greens are frankly awful, invaded by alien grass, the putts spent more time in the air than on the grass. Not worth the money and should hope for a refund. The bunkers don't have sand, just mud, really let's itself dow The course generally needs big investment. To be fair, the Pines is a nice nine, but still let down by the greens. At the moment spend another €50 and go somewhere else. |

Quinta do Lago North on Sun, 4th Aug 2024 Getting back to it’s best North course is getting back to it’s very best , having played it at the end of May and found the conditions of the grass & bunkers to be very poor I wasn’t sure how it would be yesterday 03rd August , but they have recovered it excellently, it’s one of my favourite courses in the Algarve , not very long but greens can be tricky , it has the nicest opening tee shot of all the courses , I walked it for 07.36 tee time and it was already very warm , a good workout! Looking forward to playing it again |

Quinta do Lago North on Thu, 1st Aug 2024 having already played QDL South a couple years back, we were excited to head back to QDL, its a great resort. the staff were great and couldn't do enough before we started. only couple of negatives were the state of the greens and hole/cups, really poor, and we were constantly bombarded by course marshalls every 3 or 4 holes to hurry up our play even though we were on schedule and nobody waiting around us. |

Fairways are like carpets and the greens are lovely too. There's some wonderful holes to play here, 2, 7 and 18 in particular. A beautiful course to play golf on and I would absolutely recommend it. We've added this to our must play list when we next visit. Brilliant. |
