Poor condition due to lack of rain apart from immaculate greens. 4 balls packed into 9 minute intervals resulting in dreadful traffic jams = 5 hours plus. No hazards (other than bunkers) and even the rough is not challenging. The scenery is ruined by half built derelict ugly apartments. Basically a big flat field so will not be returning.
