Incredibly disappointing! We booked this course under the perception that it would be quite an experience . We learned a few days prior to our tee time that the course was in poor condition. Since we had paid a considerable amount of money, we asked to cancel the booking for refund. We were denied that request and given no option other than forfeit the money or play. We showed up to play. The course overall is in poor condition.and needs much care and attention. You cannot play the greens. There are no words to describe the condition of the greens. Overall a very poor experience and a total rip off. Most offensive and disturbing was that the pro shop insisted that the course was playable and in great condition and did nothing to acknowledge our disappointment. When you pay premium dollar ; you expect customer service and value. None here and will not return.
