Great views and course layout. Very friendly and helpful staff but course in poor condition .. particularly greens on Praia 9. I believe owners are aware of and addressing the issues but I found it ( very ) poor value for the price I paid ( 100 euros a round ) From a golf course value/ perspective feels like 2 stars but gave it 3 stars because of quality of staff
