The whole experience was very negative. No customer service at all in the clubhouse. You have to walk a long way with the your clubs from the bag drop and no help is given. The Faldo course is not a pleasure to play with overly difficult tee positions and too many run off areas just off the fairways that do not stop your ball from disappearing into the wild unkept rough. The bunkers are too big and as a result nobody rakes them. The lack of sand in the bunkers and the grass growing through some of them did not enhance the golfing experience. We stopped after 11 holes as it was no fun at all.
