The 4 Star Vila Gale Lagos Hotel is located on the Meia Praia beach with a panoramic view of the Bay of Lagos. This beach runs from the town of Lagos for about two kilometres eastwards towards the village of Alvor. The hotel has 247 comfortable en-suite rooms of which there are 18 Junior Suites and 118 Standard rooms both with sea views. The hotel is only five minutes drive to the active Lagos Boat and Yacht Marina and the charming town centre. The accommodation is air-conditioned with modern audiovisual equipment, LCD TV and cable channels, a safe, a mini-bar and a free Wi-Fi connection. In the large garden area there are a pool, three tennis courts, a putting green, a multi-sports field and a children's playground. In the season there is a Kids Club with organised activities for younger guests. Within a few minutes' drive is the 27-hole Palmares Golf Course. Further away are the Boavista, Penina and the Espiche courses.
