Really well constructed course. I played a combination of the Corks and the Olives twice.Note that fairways are not sprinklered, so in summer the ground can be brown and dry with tight lies - this isnt something that bothers me in the slightest. greens & bunkers were in good condition.The clubhouse terrace is great for beers - inside isnt as charming but who needs that.Unlike Vale do Lobo and Quinta, (which I also played that week) it isnt full of huge English golf tours, so the pace is quick and the beers after are more relaxing.Olives course - good and has a that signature 8th Island green. makes for some good golf. There is loads of water but the issue I had is that a lot of that water is completely hidden by high vegetation along the edges so its far less pretty than it could be.Corks course - this was the better one for me. Really fun architecture and all the fun comes from reading the slope on your tee shots and approaches.
