Lush ( which made a change ) and the recent course changes, cub house and other improvements make it worth a visit ( eclipsing Palmares and Morgado for example which had gone downhill

First time there and an interesting - and reasonably challenging - course which we played twice and overall enjoyed. Tight in places. Good greens. A few blind shots when playing it for the first time with rogue bounces on those that sloped significantly. Clubhouse was excellent with friendly helpful staff. Good value

In a nutshell the greens (and tees) were really poor. We found that the staff tried hard to be realistic ( free buggy and free drink) and an apology before we teed off but the reality is that what has been a splendid course (on past trips) is well below standard for the price. Its a shame and we hope it will recover.
