Wrong tee time
We had a tee time at the millennium course at 8.26 on Friday 17th which was incorrect. The tee time should have been 8.06 . Fortunately I was in the pro shop at 8.06. The lady phoned the starter and told us we had to go straight to the tee. Everything was a bit of a rush and not ideal. Everything else worked ok and courses were enjoyable to play.

Thank you for your review and kindly for alerting us of the problem. It is James, I was the one who sent you the confirmation of your booking. I am very sorry, it was entirely my mistake. Once we receive a reservation we do call the course and block the tee time but I failed to spot that the tee time had changed and was confirmed at 08:06 and not at 08:26. My sincere apologies for the inconvenience, distress and rush that this caused you. I will ask our account department to refund your credit card our commission for the round that we booked for you. If I can be of any further assistance, please just let me know.
