Could have been better
Tee times booked and confirmed with each course, very easy to book through.

However, AGC didn't state anywhere , or request details of where we were staying so that the free courtesy course shuttles were provided. We had to make calls, whilst in the resort, to arrange this and we had to pay for the first days transfer as there was less than 48 hours notice given to the course shuttle service. This should have been highlighted and addressed by AGC well in advance of our arrival.

Thank you Bryn for feedback.On our online ordering system we do have a tick box on the checkout page asking if a client requires transfers and where they will be staying.Unfortunately when you kindly placed your enquiry it was by email in regards to tee times and we were unaware that you would also need transfers.We do need to strike a balance on how much we ask clients and how much we rely on clients to inform us of their needs. However it is regrettable that at some point we did not ask you if you wanted transfers.We did our best to arrange the last minute transfers for you and I am sorry we were unable to arrange the free transfer for you on your first day.If we can be of any further help with this, please just let us know.
